It’s her last day! Elisabeth Hasselbeck, the outspoken and conservative co-host on The View is leaving to take a position at Fox News. Today is her last day. Before taking a position with the popular daytime show, Hasselbeck was best known as a contestant on Survivor. She has been with The View since 2003.
I recall this wonderful person speaking at Women’s Empowerment in 2006, she delivered a very inspiring message. Today, she emotionally revealed that she has been diagnosed with a rare blood and bone-marrow disorder called MDS, and needs a bone marrow transplant. Luckily, her sister is a match.
