Classes On Growing Your Own Vegetables In Chatham County
Chatham County Public Libraries will offer two free classes at Wren Memorial Library and Chatham Community Public Library for community members to learn about growing vegetables from seed. These programs are free and open to the public.
Participants will explore the basics of vegetable gardening, including where, what, when, and how of growing vegetables from seed in our local climate. The class will also include a hands-on activity to start your own growing adventures!
These classes will be taught by Chatham County Master Gardener volunteers and will be geared toward adults. All supplies will be provided, and no registration is required.

Wren Memorial Library’s Grow Your Own Vegetables program will be on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. The program will be held in the library’s meeting room and translation services will be provided.
