Black Citizens Are Catching COVID-19 And Dying From It At A Higher Rate Than White Americans

Black Americans appear to be contracting the coronavirus and dying from it at a higher rate than White Americans. There are different contributing factors, according to health experts. One theory is institutional racism in the healthcare system and the other is that African-Americans are more likely to have preexisting health conditions.
