Music Legend Prince To Be Added To The Apollo Theater’s Walk of Fame

During his legendary career, Prince made several appearances at the famed Apollo Theater in Harlem. On June 13, the music icon will officially be inducted during the Apollo’s 11th annual Spring Gala, joining previous honorees such as Aretha Franklin and Michael Jackson. The Apollo’s Walk of Fame honorees receive a plaque beneath the theater’s famous marquee.

The fundraising event will be being hosted by LL Cool J. Scheduled to perform the O’Jays, Leon Bridges and Andra Day.
