TMZ: The NYPD Wants Beyonce To Come Forward

According to the folks at TMZ, the New York Police Department wants Beyonce to come forward and issue a statement about her Super Bowl performance. The gossip site says they want Queen Bey to say that her performance was NOT an attack on police.

They also want her to explain what the symbolism behind her performance meant.
