Before Nicki Minaj became the fierce rapping force she is today, she was a typical teenage theater girl who enjoyed acting in the school play. But if you’re a die-hard Barb, you already know Nicki studied the arts at LaGuardia High School before she locked sight on the rap game.

Fans were given a peek into the “Pinkprint” rapper’s high school years with a random throwback clip that began making its way around social media yesterday. A fresh-faced Nicki can be seen practicing her acting skills during an intense scene with a fellow student. At one point, her teacher steps in for safety.

Chingy Leaves Breezy A Thirsty Instagram Comment

This Christmas, if you weren’t laid out suffering from the “itis,” you may have been one of the people who found themselves doing the “Chicken Head” dance to Chingy’s throwback jam “Right Thurr.” Chris Brown must have been scrolling through his iPod on shuffle and came across the 2003 hit and decided, “Hey, I should make this the #ChristmasChallenge.” Whatever his inspiration, Breezy’s #ChristmasChallenge soon began flooding our timelines.

While we were thankful for the laughs (we even participated a little), no one was more thankful than Chingy. The southern rapper commented under an old photo on Breezy’s Instagram thanking him for reinvigorating “Right Thurr.” Oh, and asked Breezy to hit him up about some potential musical endeavors. Mathew Knowles has a really good explanation for hawking his daughter Beyonce’s stuff for cheap prices at a garage sale at his House Of Dereon Media Center in Texas. The former manager says he sold the items to make room for renovations and claims he isn’t strapped for cash despite recent rumors. Mathew said he has big plans for the property and intends on building a studio.

“Somehow that became we are going out of business, homeless and selling all of Beyonce’s stuff to stay alive, which as you can see it’s just the opposite,” he told local news station KPRC.

“If I needed money, I wouldn’t sell $5 T-shirts, I’d sell a Grammy or an MTV award,” he added.

Khloe Still Can’t Find Lamar To Divorce Him

It’s a shame to see what has become of the Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom marriage. Khloe dating random rappers as rebounds and Lamar Odom…well, no one really knows. According to reports, Khloe can’t even find Lamar to move on with their divorce. He isn’t answering her phone calls nor is he responding to her attorney. When Lamar made a public appearance, three weeks ago, the former NBA baller seemed like he was doing better. “I’ve never been better in my life,” he told a fan.

Meanwhile, Khloe realized she mad a mistake dating French Montana after her breakup with Lamar. Last night on “Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons,” Khloe revealed, “I jumped into something because I was just, like, lonely and destructive. But now I’m like, I just want to be alone.” When Kourtney’s husband Scott suggested she needs time to grieve her marriage, she responded, “I gotta grieve.”

“I’m still married,” she added.

So sad.

50 Cent Comes For “Empire” TV Show

Rapper 50 Cent has his claws out again. This time he’s going after the Fox hip-hop drama “Empire” that stars Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard. According to 50, the forthcoming series is ripping off his already popular show “Power.”

50 took to Instagram to blast producers and marketing execs for running an ad that is similar to “Power.”

To further add to the slander, 50 posted this photo with the caption “Empire VS. Power LADIES what’s up you be the judge. LMAO #SMSAUDIO #FRIGO #POWERTV” the day before.
