Backup Singer Says Beyonce Is A Thief [AUDIO]

Beyonce has been sued, according to TMZ, by a background singer who claims he wrote a song called “XOXO.” Javon, the background singer, shared his song with one of Beyonce’s background singers. Javon says Beyonce’s song “XO” is a copycat version of his and he wants $3 million.
