Will You Go To The State Fair If Guns Are Allowed? [POLL]
Currently, the law states that concealed weapons are allowed at the State Fair. Gov. McCrory signed this law in 2013.
However, according to the State Agriculture Commissioner, there is a ban on weapons at the State Fair. The group Grass Roots North Carolina wants citizens to be allowed to bring their guns to the event. The group is filing a temporary restraining order in hopes of allowing lawful concealed weapons at the fair.
