Golden Globe Nominees Announced
The 71st annual Golden Globe Awards announced nominees this morning. “12 Years a Slave” and “American Hustle” tied for seven nods each. “12 Years a Slave” actors Chiwetel Ejiofor and Lupita Nyong’o received nominations as well. I was a bit disappointed that the cast from Scandal did not receive a nod for Best Television Series, however, Kerry Washington was nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Drama, “Scandal.”
