The motion picture “Black Nativity”, a contemporary adaptation of the Langston Hughes’ celebrated play, is a must see for the entire family. It’s being hailed as the musical event for the holiday season. Starring (Forest Whitaker and Angela Bassett), as the estranged relatives Reverend Cornell and Aretha Cobbs of Langston, (Jacob Latimore), a street-wise teen from Baltimore raised by a single mother.(Jennifer Hudson), journeys to New York City to spend the Christmas holiday with The Cobbs. Young Langston goes on an inspirational journey where he discovers the true meaning of faith, healing, and family.
