CI Tourney Recap: Celebrities, Parties And Much More [PHOTOS]

The CI Tourney wrapped up yesterday in Charlotte.  At its core it is a college basketball tournament.

Congratulations go out to the Lady Bears of Shaw for bringing home the title. Salutations also to the men’s basketball team of Bowie State for winning the men’s title.

But the CI Tourney it’s so much more than that.  It’s a time for fellowship, fun and CELEBRITY sightings.
