President Obama: The Stakes Are High, Make Sure You Vote

President Obama speaks with Warren Ballentine regarding this election.  President Obama says the stakes are high in this election and people need to vote.

Five votes per precinct determined the election in 2008 in North Carolina.  This election will be just as close – if not closer.  He urged all eligible registered voters to get to the polls.
