Is Lauren London Replacing Tia Mowry on ‘The Game?’

Just weeks ago BET announced the dismissal of Tia Mowry and Pooch Hall from their top rated show The Game. Today, there’s news circulating that Lauren London has landed a spot on the show.

According to TV Line, London, who starred in Madea’s Big Happy Family, 90210 and a few episodes of VH1’s Single Ladies, will be replacing Mowry’s character Melanie.

She will reportedly play Kiera, a former child star who starred on a family sitcom much like the Cosby Show.

Word has it that the company is still on the hunt for a male counterpart to fill in for Hall’s character.

Earlier this week Hall made it known that even though he loss his spot on the series, he would love to come back for more. “It’s being worked out,” he says. “I want to come back and don’t be surprised if I do come back.”
