Who’s Ready For The New iPad Models?

Two new iPad models are said to be joining the current iPad 2 for a multi-tablet strategy by Apple. DigiTimes cites unnamed sources claiming Apple will unveil the two new iPads as early as January. Supposedly both will use dual-LED back-lit 9.7-inch displays with a 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution and likely a quad-core A6 processor. The report dispels previous rumors of a smaller 7.85 inch iPad, but the say the current iPad 2 would soldier on at as a lower cost model to compete with the likes of Amazon’s Kindle Fire
